About the event
Join the Roanoke Valley Chapter, NSDAR, for an informative and inspiring monthly meeting featuring a presentation on DAR pins and the history and significance they hold within our Society. Members will learn about the various pins that recognize service, leadership, and achievements, as well as the traditions they represent.
We will also proudly recognize our DAR Good Citizen Award winner, celebrating a local student who exemplifies the qualities of dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism. This special recognition reflects the DAR's ongoing commitment to encouraging and honoring outstanding young citizens in our community.
